- Your device model, iOS version, and Hyper Backgammon app version
- The issue type, such as gameplay, progress, purchase, billing, crash, or performance
- Screenshots or screen recordings, if they help show the problem
- For purchase issues, the credit pack, purchase date, and Apple order details if available
Please do not send passwords, payment card numbers, or other sensitive account details.
Credits and purchases
Hyper Backgammon is free to download. New players automatically receive 1,000 in-game credits.
After those credits are used, more credits can be purchased only through Apple in-app purchase using the in-app Buy Credits button.
- 1,000 credits: $0.99
- 5,000 credits: $3.99
- 10,000 credits: $7.99
Credits are for gameplay only. They have no cash value and cannot be redeemed for money, prizes, or anything outside Hyper Backgammon.
For billing or refund requests, use Apple purchase support. If purchased credits do not appear in the game, email ai.poker@gmail.com with the purchase details.
